This week we are running the Dominion workouts.

After a functional warm-up, we will be focusing on tempo control in our main block. 

The tempo control teaches precise muscle contraction, joint control and mental focus, as well as stimulating a different metabolic / endocrine output. 

The seconds block has no tempo, but maintains a similar time under tension (TUT) as the first block.
