This is Spar…. HDX Fit!!!

For this weeks workouts we will be supporting our fellow members and partnering up for the workouts.

After finishing the functional warm-up, we have two main blocks for you this week.

Each block has three different exercises, and you and your partner will have 15 minutes to complete 300 reps!

We will finish off the workout with hard targets.
